MK5 Compactor

May has been an exciting month for Xtrutech with many new developments happening across the board. This includes exhibition announcements, new team members, machine releases and the progression of new projects.

Xtrutech have released a new generation of Compactors and the MK5 can be manufactured and certified to be used in a dust UKCA/ATEX zone 22 environment. This model has enhanced cleaning features such as the new conical shaped hopper, which prevents material from becoming trapped, making the compactor easier to maintain. The MK5 also includes a user-friendly HMI which is quick and simple to operate.

All Compactors in the XTS range have been designed to improve product yield within our customer’s Powder Coating plants. Xtrutech’s compactors close the loop of operation by taking fines from the baghouse and sending them back into the mill as compacted chips.
