Xtrutech have been making great progress towards increasing our presence, and customer service capabilities on the North American continent. As of 2021 our ever-growing list of customers in The United States, Canada and Mexico will be served by our North American entity, Xtrutech Ltd. All from our brand-new offices in the heart of Philadelphia’s business district – a short drive from PHL airport.
Of course, a new office would be nothing without staff…
Introducing Rachel Baker, the first of many additions to the Xtrutech Ltd team.
Rachel, a Pennsylvania native, attended Drexel University and has a strong and demonstrable background in both sales and marketing. She will be assisting our sales manager Daniel Johnson in serving our customers across North America. Daniel previously led our XTS Aftersales function, before going on to successfully manage the UK & Ireland sales territories. He will be relocating from our UK headquarters to our offices in Philadelphia, to oversee our North American operations and grow the team later this year.
In addition to our new Philadelphia office, Xtrutech now boasts a warehouse facility in Atlanta, GA. Where XTS stock parts will be held, with other supported OEM parts joining the inventory very soon. Atlanta was chosen for its great geography and reputation for being one of the best logistics hubs in the country, allowing us to ship parts to customers across the continent, in the quickest time possible.
What this means for our customers:
- Excellent customer service across all time zones in North America.
- Improved communication: we will be available 8:30am-4:30pm EST Monday-Friday.
- Increased accessibility and availability of spare parts in the event of a breakdown.
- A great location for customers to visit.
We are eager to start work from our new premises as soon as it’s both safe and possible to do so. However, the Xtrutech Ltd team will continue to work remotely for the time being.
