The XTS Compactor is ideal for powder coating producers looking to improve material efficiency through sustainable solutions. By Compacting fines and reintroducing them to the mill as chips, the Compactor can effectively & efficiently reduce fines waste.
Using this method, the XTS Compactor can recycle between 2-10% of fines that are created during powder coating production. This offers considerable cost savings, which are discussed in detail in our brochure, which can be viewed here.
