This month we have welcomed some new members to the team as we continue to grow Xtrutech’s assembly & service departments.

Welcome to the team Kevin Rigby! Who has joined Xtrutech as a Service & Commissioning Engineer. Kevin is an experienced engineer who has studied aeronautical, mechanical & process engineering. He has over 30 years of combined experience in the aircraft, oil, gas & steel industries. Kevin will be working alongside our Customer Service & Support Engineer Andrew Walker.

Jack Wild has joined us as an Engineering Support Technician, Jack completed his apprenticeship at Newcastle college to achieve an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Engineering manufacture. Since then, he has worked for 6 years as an engineer developing and building the latest cosmetic & skincare machinery.

Also joining our assembly team is our new mechanical fitter Gary Pearson, who will be joined by an additional fitter next month.

Xtrutech are looking for an experienced Service Engineer, the successful candidate must have comprehensive experience in the service industry. As a result, knowledge in mechanical, electrical engineering and software experience is essential. The role will include onsite commissioning in the UK & globally. In other news, the Xtrutech team managed to raise £520 for the Douglas Macmillan by participating in the ‘Business Fives’ charity football game. We were thrilled to receive the trophy for the highest fundraiser and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with other businesses for such a great cause.
