- XTDC Drum Coolers Explained
Our XTDC drum coolers allow molten extrudate to move through several cooling zones, resulting in an even and consistent temperature reduction to ensure the integrity of the finished product. Our drum coolers use a water-cooling technique, which is both energy and cost-efficient.
XTDC drum coolers have an endless belt that is easily accessible, making it easy to perform maintenance or replacements. In addition, they feature a kibbler shaft to ensure production continuation, which can be easily removed for cleaning.
Our drum coolers also include a mini breaker to promote concise particle size distribution for enhanced grinding efficiency. The coolers are complete with removable combes and a hinged breaker rotor for accessible maintenance.
